Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- 1 handful of berries, frozen
- ½ banana(s)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the milk and oats in a saucepan and heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the protein powder and continue stirring. If the porridge becomes too thick, simply add a little more milk or water. Transfer the porridge to a bowl and add a pinch of cinnamon if desired. Heat the frozen berries on low in the microwave or thaw them beforehand. Slice the banana and add it to the porridge along with the berries.
