Protein quark rolls

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 180 g spelt flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 45 g protein powder (chocolate flavor) or cocoa powder
  • e.g. chocolate sprinkles
  • n. B. sweetener or sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with chocolate, makes about 10 pieces

Simply knead all the ingredients, preferably by hand, and form small balls. If it gets too sticky, moisten your hands. Then bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. You could also vary the rolls and add a mashed banana, for example, or I can also imagine adding berries. Of course, you can also make the rolls savory; just omit the sugar and protein powder or cocoa and perhaps sprinkle a little sesame or poppy seeds over the balls.
