Protein-rich oat rolls or patties without flour

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g oat flakes, fine
  • 125 g whole grain oat flakes
  • 275 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 30 g flaxseed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Combine all ingredients and let stand for a while. Then form into 6 small rolls, coins, or a loaf of bread – whichever you prefer. I prefer crispy ones and therefore like them quite flat, but you can, of course, also form them into rolls. Then place them in the hot oven and bake for about 45 minutes at approximately 170°C (340°F) top/bottom heat. Adjust the time if necessary.
