Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- n. B. Salt
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 50 g turkey ham, chopped
- ½ bunch chives, cut into rolls, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine low-fat quark, eggs, and baking powder in a bowl and mix well, then season and salt to taste. Spread the mixture onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. Spread the cottage cheese first, followed by the ham and, optionally, the chives, onto the prepared base. Then roll everything up and cut into pieces (like a Swiss roll). Your protein bomb is ready.
