Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can mushrooms, small heads (drained weight 230 g) or
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 can tuna in oil (135 g, drained, reserving oil)
- 2 spring onions
- ½ lemon(s), no vinegar
- 1 dashes Tabasco or ground pepperoni
- 1 tbsp fish sauce, (Thai) or soy sauce
- Salt and pepper from the mill

Sauté fresh, sliced mushrooms in a little tuna oil! Halve the canned mushroom caps, add the finely sliced onion rings, halve the large onion first, and toss with the lemon juice and seasonings! Season well, especially don’t forget your favorite spices, and let it marinate a bit! The salad with the oil has a 3.5% rating at WW. Sprinkle fresh herbs over the salad and enjoy! Perfect for prepping or taking to work!
