Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 medium-sized banana(s) (approx. 100g)
- 200 ml milk, low-fat, more if needed
- 3 dates (approx. 20g)
- 1 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
- ½ tsp flaxseed
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 2 egg whites, fresh
- possibly mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
without protein powder, sugar and sweeteners, with fruits
First, mash the pitted dates with the milk. Then add the banana, low-fat quark, cinnamon, and egg whites. Finally, add the flaxseed. It will be quite thick, so if you like, you can add a little more milk or mineral water.
