Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 160 g quark
- 4 eggs
- 160 g cheese, grated
- Topping ingredients of your choice (see recipe description)
- Spice(s) of your choice
- arugula
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 170°C (top/bottom heat). For the base, mix the quark, eggs, and 3/4 of the cheese in a bowl and season. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread evenly. Bake in the hot oven for 15 minutes. Remove the baking sheet and top the base with whatever you like, e.g., tomato sauce, salami, ham, zucchini, mushrooms, or corn. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and return to the oven until the cheese is nicely browned. Let cool, sprinkle with arugula, and carefully roll up.
