Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • Thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Tomatoes with fried eggs, quick and easy

Cut the beefsteak tomatoes into thick slices and fry them in olive oil on both sides in a pan. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Then crack the eggs over them and fry them for fried eggs.
