Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 4 packets of pudding powder (e.g. vanilla)
  • Fat for the mold

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Beat the eggs and sugar for a long time until frothy. Add the oil. Then stir in the baking powder and pudding powder. Pour the batter into a greased loaf or bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 35-40 minutes. Dust the cooled cake with icing sugar. Variations: Use 4 packets of vanilla pudding, then pour a little more than half of the batter into the pan. Mix the remaining batter with 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and add it as for the marble cake. You can also use two types of pudding powder (e.g., strawberry and vanilla). To do this, mix the batter – except for the pudding powder – together, then divide it and mix each with one type of pudding powder.
