Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 1 can coconut milk (250 ml)
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate)
  • 2 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
  • 750 ml milk
  • 7 tbsp sugar
  • e.g. whipped cream, for decoration

For the vanilla pudding, bring the coconut milk, 250 ml milk, and the coconut milk to a boil. Meanwhile, mix the pudding mix with 4 tablespoons of sugar and 6 tablespoons of milk from the pan on the stove. Otherwise, prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the packet. Pour into a cold, rinsed glass bowl. For the chocolate pudding, repeat with the remaining ingredients. Then carefully pour onto the vanilla pudding. Chill, allow to set, and serve garnished with whipped cream. Tip: Instead of a coconut version, you can omit the coconut milk and use the corresponding amount of milk. You can also replace the coconut milk with eggnog. In this case, we recommend making the chocolate pudding with chocolate liqueur.
