We had it as dessert

Slowly heat the milk in a saucepan with the sugar, salt, and butter. Once the butter has melted, add the semolina, stirring constantly (use 1 tablespoon of semolina per person). Continue stirring until the mixture becomes creamy. Turn off the heat. Add the cappuccino powder and stir in. Then sprinkle in the bitter hot chocolate and mix well. Finally, add a dash of egg liqueur (or more to taste) and mix. Stir in the egg and stir the porridge thoroughly once more. Important: Do not allow the porridge to boil, otherwise the egg will curdle. Remove the pan from the heat completely if necessary. Note: To achieve the desired consistency, remember that the semolina will continue to thicken.
