  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 350 ml milk
  • n. B. Honey

Quick and easy

Peel the banana and place it in a blender, preferably a smoothie blender. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and add the flesh to the blender. Add the milk, yogurt, and honey, if desired, and blend for about 1-2 minutes. Tip: For strawberry or chocolate pudding, you can add strawberry powder or cocoa powder.
