Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 packs of puff pastry, from the refrigerated counter
- 2 jars of sour cherries
- 400 g sour cream
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 point cream stiffener
- Desiccated coconut

Roll out the puff pastry (approx. 25 x 40 cm per roll) and cut each roll into 5 equal-width pieces along the long side. Cover each roll with the well-drained cherries, roll up, bake (approx. 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius), and let cool. Whip the sour cream with sugar, vanilla sugar, and cream stiffener until creamy. Place 4 baked puff pastry rolls side by side on a cake plate, spread with sour cream, place 3 rolls on top and spread with sour cream, repeat with 2 rolls and 1 roll. Then spread the remaining sour cream over the entire pyramid and garnish with coconut flakes. Chill.
