Puff Pastry Muffins

The perfect puff pastry muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 role Puff pastry
  • 3 Boskoop
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Lowfat quark
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 0,25 tsp Cinammon
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Peel and core the apples. Small cubes and mix with lemon juice.
  2. Roll up the puff pastry and cut into 6 pieces. Pour into the molds and let them stick out at the edge. Pour in half of the apples.
  3. Mix the quark, egg, sugar and cinnamon and divide into the molds. Spread the rest of the apples on top. Fold over the corners of the dough. Bake at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  4. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
