Puff Pastry Pizza

The perfect puff pastry pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Before serving

  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Freshly chopped thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g Goat cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • Arugula
  1. Roll up the puff pastry roll (with the baking paper) and place it on a tray. With cream fraich witty and season with the thyme, salt and pepper. Rub the tomatoes dry after washing, cut them in half and spread them on the dough with the cut surface facing down. Then distribute the goat cheese in portions on the dough.   2. Bake a preheated oven at 220 degrees. Then drizzle the honey over the pizzeria and bake again for 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle a handful of rocket on top just before serving. FINISHED!
