Puff pastry pizza with shallots, tomatoes, ham and mozzarella

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of puff pastry
  • 1 small shallot(s)
  • 2 slices of ham (nut ham)
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 6 slices of mozzarella
  • 50 g Gouda, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Thaw the puff pastry slices. Slice the shallot into rings and spread them on the puff pastry. Place two slices of nut-cured ham and two slices of cooked ham on top. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and spread them on the puff pastry. Cover everything with Gouda cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. Plate up and serve.
