Puff pastry pizza with vegetables and ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pkt. Puff pastry, frozen or fresh
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 5 slices of ham (cooked ham)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 1 zucchini, in sticks
  • 2 tomatoes, diced or sliced
  • 1 spring onion(s), in small rings
  • 100 g feta cheese, diced
  • Olives, green, pitted, in fine rings
  • salt and pepper
  • Mozzarella, grated
  • Curry powder and paprika powder
  • herbs, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Spread the puff pastry on a baking sheet and prick a few holes all over the dough with a fork. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (fan). Mix the 2 eggs, the sour cream, the cream, and the spices into a thick sauce and spread about 2 tablespoons over the dough. Then tear the ham into pieces and spread it evenly over the dough, along with the other ingredients. Pour the remaining sauce over the sauce. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (fan) for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned.
