Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 can of cocktail fruits
- 5 cl brandy
- 1 liter of white wine, not too sweet, well chilled
- 750 ml sparkling wine, dry
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Drain the cocktail fruit thoroughly and then place it in a punch bowl. Then add the brandy and let the cocktail fruit steep briefly. Now pour in the white wine. Top up with sparkling wine just before serving.
