Puff Pastry – Pudding Particles

The perfect puff pastry – pudding particles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 disc Puff pastry from refrigeration
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 0,5 P. Vanilla custard powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3 tbsp Plum jam
  1. Cut the puff pastry sheet into 4 parts and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Since there must be a recess for the pudding, brush the outside of small casserole molds with margarine and place them in the middle of the puff pastry discs.
  3. Fill the vessels 2 cm high with water, otherwise the puff pastry will lift the molds when baking.
  4. Bake on the middle rack at 200 ° in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Take the tray out of the oven, remove the vessels and let the particles cool down.
  6. Make a glaze from powdered sugar and lemon juice and coat the corners of the pieces thickly.
  7. In the meantime, cook a pudding from the above ingredients according to the instructions on the package.
  8. Fill each puff pastry piece first with plum jam, then with pudding. Now just enjoy …….
