Scalloped Puff Pastry Particles

The perfect scalloped puff pastry particles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Puff pastry
  • 200 gr Feta
  • 2 small bars Spring onions
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Black cumin
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 gr Pizza sprinkle cheese
  • Some oil for frying.
  1. First wash the green onions and cut into fine rings. Finely chop the garlic. Fry everything in oil, but not for long, about 3-4 minutes.
  1. Crumble the sheep cheese and season with paprika and pepper. Add the hot, freshly fried spring onions to the feta and mix everything together nicely. Stir in the caraway seeds. The feta cheese can melt through the still hot spring onions and oil.
  1. Now you take the puff pastry and cut your pieces the way you want them to be and fill them with the feta mass. I made triangles, squares, sacks, bags, etc. 🙂 Close tightly!
  1. Separate the egg and use only the yolk. Brush the puff pastry with it and sprinkle with the pizza cheese.
  1. Bake according to the instructions, about 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
