Puff pastry roll with nori sheets and cooked ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 roll (to taste ätter dough, from the refrigerated section
  • 2 nori sheets
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 2 tbsp, heaped cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce, very hot
  • 6 tbsp, heaped Emmental cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Roll out the puff pastry. First, spread the nori sheets on the pastry, then repeat with the ham. Now spread the cream cheese with the sriracha sauce on top. Spread 2 tablespoons of Emmental cheese on the long side of the puff pastry. Carefully roll up the puff pastry, starting with the cheese side. Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Delicious both hot and cold.
