hearty with minced meat
First, dice the onion and add it to the minced meat. Season the minced meat with egg, mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix everything well. Then fry it in a pan with a little oil. Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool slightly. Meanwhile, finely dice the garlic and bell pepper and finely chop the mushrooms. Sauté the garlic in the pan, add the bell peppers and mushrooms, and fry briefly. Stir in the tomato paste, ketchup, and sour cream and season generously with pizza seasoning and a little salt and pepper. Then add it to the minced meat in the bowl and crumble the cheese over it. Knead everything well until you have a relatively firm dough. Roll out the puff pastry (using the paper) and press the two pieces together lengthwise. Spread the minced meat evenly over it, leaving a little space around the edges. Using the paper as a guide, roll the dough up tightly. Remove the paper and cut into slices about 2-3 cm thick. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spread some grated cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at approx. 200°C until golden brown (approx. 15-20 min).
