Puff pastry snails with ham

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pkt. puff pastry (rolled up, refrigerated)
  • n. B. Herbs of Provence
  • 8 slice(s) ham, raw

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finger food, simple and delicious

Roll out the puff pastry, sprinkle generously with herbs, and top with the ham. Then roll the puff pastry up tightly again and cut the roll into finger-thick slices (this is best done with an electric knife). Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C – 200°C until golden brown. The snails taste best warm, but they’re also delicious cold.
