Cheesy Puff Pastry Snails

The perfect cheesy puff pastry snails recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 role Puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoon Brunch fine herbs
  • 150 g Chicken breast
  • 1 Mozzarella
  • 120 g Cooked mushrooms
  • Dried herbs
  • 1 Discs Maasdammer semi-hard cheese
  1. Roll out the puff pastry on the paper supplied, cut the mushrooms into small cubes for me, and also dice the mozzarella and the chicken breast.
  2. Now spread the puff pastry with the brunch, spread the finely chopped herbs on it, now spread the chicken and cheese on it as well.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Now roll up the puff pastry with the help of the paper and press the rear ends together. Now cut the puff pastry roll into about 1 1/2 cm thick slices with a sharp knife and carefully place the slices on the baking sheet. Cut the Maasdammer into fine pieces and put on the panes.
  5. Now bake everything for 30 minutes at 150 degrees.
