Cheesy Puff Pastry Snails

Ingredients
 

  • 1 roll Puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp Brunch fine herbs
  • 150 g Chicken breast
  • 1 Mozzarella
  • 120 g Cooked mushrooms
  • Dried herbs
  • 1 slices Maasdammer semi-hard cheese

Instructions
 

  • Roll out the puff pastry on the paper supplied, cut the mushrooms into small cubes for me, and also dice the mozzarella and the chicken breast.
  • Now spread the puff pastry with the brunch, spread the finely chopped herbs on it, now spread the chicken and cheese on it as well.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Now roll up the puff pastry with the help of the paper and press the rear ends together. Now cut the puff pastry roll into about 1 1/2 cm thick slices with a sharp knife and carefully place the slices on the baking sheet. Cut the Maasdammer into fine pieces and put on the panes.
  • Now bake everything for 30 minutes at 150 degrees.
