Cheesy Puff Pastry Snails

- 1 role Puff pastry
- 2 tablespoon Brunch fine herbs
- 150 g Chicken breast
- 1 Mozzarella
- 120 g Cooked mushrooms
- Dried herbs
- 1 Discs Maasdammer semi-hard cheese
- Roll out the puff pastry on the paper supplied, cut the mushrooms into small cubes for me, and also dice the mozzarella and the chicken breast.
- Now spread the puff pastry with the brunch, spread the finely chopped herbs on it, now spread the chicken and cheese on it as well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Now roll up the puff pastry with the help of the paper and press the rear ends together. Now cut the puff pastry roll into about 1 1/2 cm thick slices with a sharp knife and carefully place the slices on the baking sheet. Cut the Maasdammer into fine pieces and put on the panes.
- Now bake everything for 30 minutes at 150 degrees.
