Recycling leftovers

Mix the smoked pork, onions, and cream cheese thoroughly, and season with pepper. Roll out the puff pastry. Spread the smoked pork and cream cheese mixture in a stripe on one end of the puff pastry and roll up the puff pastry. Press the ends of the roll together firmly. Place the roll seam-down on baking paper and place it on a baking sheet. Place in a cold oven. Set the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) and bake the roll for about 35 minutes. Leftovers are delicious cold, too.
