Pulled pork pasta casserole with mustard, cream, and feta sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 550 g pulled pork from the refrigerated section
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 125 g feta cheese
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • some salt and pepper
  • some garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Place the pulled pork in a casserole dish in the oven according to the package instructions. At the same time, cook the pasta in salted water. For the sauce, finely chop the onion and place it in a bowl. Then add the crème fraîche, milk, tomato paste, mustard, and cream. Stir well, then crumble in the feta cheese and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. When the pulled pork is done, pull it apart in the dish and add 2/3 of the pasta. Mix everything together and cover with half of the sauce. Then spread the remaining pasta on top and add the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for another 10-15 minutes at the same temperature.
