Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 point pumpernickel (party roll)
- 1 pack of goat’s cheese (1 roll)
- 2 bulb(s)
- Herbs of Provence, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
warm starter – quick and really tasty
Halve the pears and cut them into thin wedges. Layer the pumpernickel slices generously with the pear slices. Then top each with a slice of goat’s cheese roll and sprinkle with herbs. Place briefly in a preheated oven at 180°C. The appetizer is ready when the cheese has melted slightly. Serve immediately.
