Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 slice(s) pumpernickel
- 20 g herb cream cheese
- 4 slices of salami
- 10 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Spread 1 slice of pumpernickel with herb cream cheese and top with salami. Heat the butter in a small pan, crack the egg, and fry. Season with herb salt. Place the fried egg on top of the pumpernickel and serve.
