Vegetable Side Dish: Fruity Sauerkraut

- 1 kg Fresh sauerkraut
- 3 tbsp Caraway who likes
- 0,5 pole Leek cut
- 2 piece Blood orange fillet
- Salt and pepper
- 300 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
- Put the sauerkraut in the baking dish, sprinkle the caraway seeds over it, and spread the cut leek on top.
- Peel the oranges and roughly filitate them, then distribute the “fruits” on them and pour the freshly squeezed juice … since this baking dish has no lid, there is aluminum foil over it … close tightly and into the Oven with it …. and after 60 minutes at 180 degrees hot air, the sauerkraut is ready for service 😉
