- 1 piece Hokkaido pumpkin
- 50 ml Rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin seed oil
- 3 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- Salt and pepper
- Roast the pumpkin seeds dry in a pan. Wash the pumpkin, cut in half and remove the core. Cut the pulp into wedges, season and mix with rapeseed oil. Spread out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for 15-20 minutes.
