Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g sugar
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1 egg(s)
- 250 g pumpkin flesh, pureed
- 320 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp milk, for brushing
- possibly cinnamon

delicious tea rolls with pumpkin puree
Beat the sugar, margarine, and egg until fluffy. Add the pumpkin puree and mix everything well with a hand mixer. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix by hand to form a dough. On a floured surface, press the dough into a sheet about 2 cm thick (I always do this by hand). Cut out scones. Place them on a baking sheet, brushing them with milk, and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. If you like, you can add a dash of cinnamon to the dough. These scones are delicious on their own or spread with butter, honey, or jam.
