Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (Milkmaid)
  • 350 ml cream
  • 30 ml pumpkin seed oil
  • Pumpkin seeds, roasted or pumpkin seed brittle

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes

super easy to make without an ice cream maker

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and mix with the sweetened condensed milk and pumpkin seed oil. Pour the mixture into a freezer container and freeze for at least 6 hours. Serve sprinkled with roasted pumpkin seeds or praline.
