Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp clove powder
  • Agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 espresso
  • Milk, frothed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the spices with a little agave syrup, adding enough agave syrup to create a liquid consistency. The spice syrup is enough for several drinks, as you only need 1 teaspoon each. Mix the pumpkin puree with 1 teaspoon of spice syrup and the espresso in a latte macchiato glass. Pour the foamed milk on top. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon for decoration. The syrup won’t blend completely, so stir while drinking.
