Pumpkin – sweet potato spread

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small sweet potato(s)
  • ½ pumpkin(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ pear(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some lemon juice
  • some balsamic vinegar bianco
  • some tarragon
  • some sesame
  • 1 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

a slightly fruity spread made from pumpkin and sweet potatoes

Wash the sweet potatoes and pumpkin, chop them into small pieces, and cook until soft. Meanwhile, dice the pear, onion, and garlic and sauté them with the sesame seeds. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Blend all ingredients with a tablespoon of sunflower oil, season with salt, pepper, a dash of lemon juice, and tarragon, and let cool.
