Semolina pudding, simple and good

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 40 g sugar
  • 20 g vanilla sugar
  • 60 g semolina (durum wheat semolina)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some orange peel, untreated, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring milk, cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and orange zest (I use homemade orange salt) to a boil in a saucepan. Stir the durum wheat semolina into the boiling liquid and cook for about 5 minutes. Then simply eat it, hot or cold.
