Pumpkin Vegetable

The perfect pumpkin vegetable recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 2 Red Paprika
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • Sweet paprika
  • Salt pepper
  1. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and cut into pieces.
  2. Peel the bell peppers and cut into pieces
  3. Chop the onions and sauté in butter.
  4. Add the pumpkin pulp, paprika saddle and the chopped garlic and toast briefly.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder, deglaze with vinegar and stock.
  6. Steam on a low flame for about 10 minutes.
  7. I served fish fillet with it.
