Pumpkin Vegetable
The perfect pumpkin vegetable recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Hokkaido pumpkin
- 2 Red Paprika
- 2 Onions
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 bunch Parsley
- Sweet paprika
- Salt pepper
- Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and cut into pieces.
- Peel the bell peppers and cut into pieces
- Chop the onions and sauté in butter.
- Add the pumpkin pulp, paprika saddle and the chopped garlic and toast briefly.
- Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder, deglaze with vinegar and stock.
- Steam on a low flame for about 10 minutes.
- I served fish fillet with it.
