Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 ml water
- 1 ½ tbsp black tea
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch allspice, ground
- 1 pinch of ground mace
- 250 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp syrup (raspberry syrup)
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
a good stomach warmer even without alcohol
Bring the water to a boil, pour it over the tea, let it steep for 3 minutes, then strain. Add all the other ingredients and heat until very hot again, but do not boil! Since freshly squeezed orange juice quickly becomes bitter, the punch should be served soon!
