- 125 g rice, e.g. long grain rice
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- cinnamon sugar

Quick and easy
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Then, combine the rice with the milk, yogurt, and sugar in a bowl and puree. Serve with cinnamon sugar. Instead of cinnamon sugar, the rice also tastes great with fruit. The milk-yogurt rice can be eaten hot or cold. If you don’t like the slightly acidic flavor of yogurt, you can replace the yogurt with milk or cream.
