- 1 large banana(s), ripe
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml milk
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- e.g. coconut oil

Mash the bananas with a fork until mushy, then add the eggs and milk. Beat everything together with a fork or whisk until light and fluffy. Heat a pan with coconut oil, add the liquid mixture, and let it thicken over low heat until the desired consistency is reached, stirring with a spatula if necessary. Sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.
