- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g natural yogurt (0.3% fat)
- 1 ½ m.-large lime(s)
- 30 g desiccated coconut
- 25 g chia seeds
- 6 mint leaves

Briefly toast the desiccated coconut in a pan (2-3 minutes). Wash the limes thoroughly, finely grate the zest, and squeeze the pulp well. Mix the low-fat quark, yogurt, lime juice, and zest thoroughly. Add the desiccated coconut, chia seeds, and mint leaves. A refreshing quark for breakfast or as a snack.
