Purple baked potato slices in paprika oil

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 large purple potatoes
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and slice the potatoes. Mix the oil and seasonings and brush them onto the potato slices. Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 25-30 minutes. The baking time depends on the oven and the size of the potato.
