- 250 g carrot(s), purple
- some butter for sautéing
- ½ onion(s)
- 60 ml vegetable stock
- n. B. garlic salt
- e.g. cayenne pepper
- e.g. nutmeg
- e.g. cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel and wash the carrots and slice them into spaghetti using a vegetable cutter. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the vegetable spaghetti. Thinly slice the onion and sauté briefly. Add the vegetable stock, stir, and simmer covered for 10 minutes over low heat. Then season to taste. Arrange the carrot spaghetti, garnish, and serve. 135 kcal per serving
