Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cups watermelon(s), frozen or fresh
  • 2 cups zucchini, chopped
  • 2 cups blueberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 sprig mint, fresh
  • some dead-nettle stalks, the leaves, fresh
  • some honey
  • e.g. Stevia

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blueberry-Watermelon-Zucchini-Herb Mix

I use a 250 ml coffee mug. Because the melon has a water content, you don’t need to add any liquid. First, put the melon, zucchini, and herbs into the blender. Then add the blueberries. Finally, garnish with some dead nettle and mint. Depending on the sweetness of the watermelon, you can add a bit of honey or vanilla sugar. One type of fruit should be frozen to keep the smoothie cool. It will keep in the refrigerator for up to three days, but it’s best served fresh.
