Purslane vegetables with sesame

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g purslane
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted
  • 2 tbsp Asian sauce or fish sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 11 minutes

Wash the purslane thoroughly and chop the stems into small pieces. While still wet, add it to the olive oil heated in a pan. Stir in the sesame seeds and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix with your chosen sauce and enjoy warm.
