  • 50 g raspberries
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 90 ml low-fat milk
  • 5 g acacia honey
  • 50 g oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick and easy

Soak the oatmeal in the milk for a while, while you slice the banana. Then mix all the ingredients in a bowl for a wonderfully fortifying breakfast or a delicious snack.
