Quark and sour cream cake

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 120 g sugar
  • 125 g margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 lemon(s), the peel
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 pts. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 cups sour cream
  • 200 g quark
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine flour, 120g sugar, margarine, egg, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and lemon zest and knead into a smooth dough. Line the bottom and sides of a springform pan with the dough. Bring the milk, pudding mix, and 200g sugar to a boil, then let cool slightly. Combine the sour cream with the quark and then stir in the pudding mixture. Finally, fold in the drained mandarins. Pour the mixture into the pan and place it in the oven preheated to 180°C. Bake for about 1 hour.
