Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 400 ml milk
  • 500 g quark
  • 160 g rice pudding
  • 2 apples
  • 2 drops flavoring (lemon)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

The fastest

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in eggs, milk, and quark, then stir in rice. Add lemon zest. Peel and dice apples, and place everything in a greased pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
