Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g coconut yogurt (yogurt alternative) or quark alternative
  • 2 tbsp, heaped semolina
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 50 g fruit from the can
  • 1 tsp sugar for sprinkling
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • possibly plant drink
  • some margarine for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mix the semolina, flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in the yogurt alternative and add a little more plant-based milk if desired. The mixture should be thick and viscous. Pour into a greased dish and spread the fruit on top. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Bake in an oven not preheated to 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 to 45 minutes on the middle rack. In a preheated oven, reduce the baking time by about 5 to 10 minutes. Let cool and serve lukewarm.
