easy and fast

Place the quark in a bowl and beat with the eggs until creamy. Add the vanilla sugar, flour, and baking powder and mix everything into a smooth dough. The dough will remain quite sticky. You can also prepare the dough in a Thermomix. To do this, put the eggs and vanilla sugar in the mixing bowl and beat for 1 minute on speed 5 until fluffy. Add the quark to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 seconds on speed 5. Add the flour and baking powder to the egg-quark mixture and mix for 30 seconds on speed 5. Scoop 14 balls from the dough. I use an ice cream scoop and my hands for this. Either moisten my hands slightly or dust them with flour. Bake the balls in the air fryer for around 13 minutes at 185 degrees. I place a piece of baking paper under the balls, making sure not to overfill the cooking basket; if necessary, bake in two batches. Important: Turn the balls over after 8 minutes. While the quark balls are still warm, turn them in melted butter and roll them in sugar or cinnamon sugar.
