Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 500 g quark
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Knead all ingredients except the egg yolk into a dough by hand. If the dough is still sticky, add a little more flour. Pour the dough into a greased or parchment-lined bread pan and brush with the egg yolk. Bake at 180-200°C for about 1 hour.
